## Main Wineries

**Porto Carras Estate** (Sithonia): The most well-known and largest winery in Halkidiki, set in a complex of 600 acres of vineyards. It produces red, white, and rosé wines from Greek and international varieties. Tours with tastings: 20-35 euros per person, duration ~2 hours. Reservation is required.

**Claudia Papagianni Estate** (Sithonia): A boutique winery focusing on local varieties. Smaller, more personal environment.

**Small Wineries in Polygyros and Arnea**: Central Halkidiki has a tradition of bulk wine from local cellars — not official tastings but direct purchases from the producer.

## Varieties You Will Taste
