## Description

Chanioti is the most crowded and party-oriented beach in Kassandra. It is located on the southeastern side, 102 km from Thessaloniki and 5 km north of Pefkochori. It has a Blue Flag most years.

The beach is large, sandy, with a shallow bottom, fully organized with dozens of beach bars stretching along the coast. The large beach bars operate from early morning until late at night, featuring DJ sets, cocktails, and lively music, especially on the weekends of July and August.

It is the most suitable beach in Kassandra for young people and groups looking for the Greek summer party scene. During peak hours (midday in August, weekends), the atmosphere is vibrant: packed sunbeds, live music, dancing in the sand, and people moving from one beach bar to another.

For families with small children or couples seeking tranquility, Chanioti is less suitable at midday. The hours from 9:00 to 10:30 are quieter. Alternatively, you can visit the nearby Pefkochori (5 km) for a more relaxed experience.

Water sports: jet ski, banana boat, parasailing, water skiing — all the usual options are available. Prices: 30-80 euros per "ride."

The nightlife in Chanioti is not limited to the beach. The village has several clubs that stay open until 5-6 AM during the summer months. It is one of the well-known party destinations in Northern Greece. Paid parking is available near the beach (4-6 euros/day), with free options a bit further away.
