## Description

Kakoudia Beach is located in the wider area of Olympiada in northern Halkidiki. It is a small hidden cove, mainly known to those exploring eastern Halkidiki.

The shore is sandy with small pebbles, about 300 meters long, and features shallow waters. It is mostly free — with a few sunbeds in certain spots and a canteen on peak days.

The waters are exceptionally clear due to its relative seclusion, with visibility usually between 8-10 meters.

For swimming: safe shallow waters. For snorkeling: decent opportunities along the rocky edges with bream and octopus.

Clientele: locals and groups familiar with the area. There is little crowding even in August.

In nearby Olympiada (close by), there are notable fish taverns serving local fish and mussels. Recommendation: swim in the morning at Kakoudia, have lunch in Olympiada.

The surrounding area has archaeological interest — nearby are Stagira (the birthplace of Aristotle) and the Aristotle's Grove.

Access: via provincial roads. Parking is irregular at the edges. Bring water, snacks, towels, and sunscreen.

Best period: June-September.
