## Description

Lemos Beach is a small cove located in Sithonia, named after its geographical shape — "lemos," meaning a narrow land passage. It is relatively isolated and not part of the main tourist routes.

The shore is sandy with small pebbles, short in length, and features a shallow seabed. There is free access without any facilities. A canteen is rare. The clientele consists of locals and groups familiar with the area.

The waters are exceptionally clear due to the relative isolation. For snorkeling: there are interesting opportunities at the rocky edges — crystal-clear waters with bream, salema, and octopuses.

For swimming: it is safe with shallow waters close to the shore. Kids: fine with caution.

The beach's morphology with its rocky edges offers "natural pools" in spots — small coves within the rocky formations with calm and clear waters. Great for a relaxing time or snorkeling.

Access: via a provincial road. A compact car can manage slowly. Parking is irregular.

Bring plenty of water, snacks, towels, sunscreen, and water shoes. Shade: minimal — you might find some in the rocky corners.

For a complete experience, combine your visit with a meal in a nearby village. Sithonia has several traditional tavernas with decent cuisine at affordable prices. Best period: June-September.
