The stretch of Hanioti beach in front of the Grecotel hotel is on the east coast of Kassandra, a few minutes' walk from the village centre. It has sand and shallow, calm water, suitable for families with young children.

In front of the hotel the beach is organised for guests, but the shoreline is public: you can spread your own towel on the sand even if you're not staying there. This section is usually quieter than Hanioti's central seafront, with less music and fewer people.

The beach faces east, towards Sithonia, so it gets sun from the morning, and the pines behind the sand give shade in the afternoon. Hanioti's main beach, with sunbeds, beach bars and water sports, is less than a kilometre away, while Pefkochori beach is about two and a half. For food and an evening stroll, Hanioti's pedestrian street with its tavernas and cafés is very close.
