It's a small, sheltered cove with sand and pebbles in places, a shallow seabed and very clear water. The beach is mostly free, with few facilities, while a beach bar with a taverna operates on the sand, so you can eat without moving. The rocks at the ends are good for snorkelling, and the sea, sheltered inside the bay, is usually calm and suitable for children. Even in August there are fewer people than at Sarti's big beaches, as the area is away from the busy resorts. Linaraki is just 300 metres away, Akti Linaraki less than a kilometre and Klimataria around one, so you can walk from one to the next.
