Trimi Beach is located in Ouranoupoli, at the entrance of the Athos peninsula, just 1.6 km from the center of Ouranoupoli. It is one of the most easily accessible yet lesser-known beaches in the area — a fact that keeps it relatively calm even during the high season.

## 🚗 Access

From the center of Ouranoupoli: ~1.6 km to the east, right next to the main road. Access by car is very easy — no isolated routes or hiking required. Parking is available next to the road and at nearby facilities.

## 🏖️ On the Coast

The beach is sandy, large, and stretches along the coast with turquoise waters. Its characteristic feature is the unique rocky formations that accompany it — giving the shore a "dramatic" character with mountains and steep slopes in the background.

Due to its location at the foot of Athos, the scenic view is among the most beautiful in the area, with the sacred mountain visible on the horizon.

## 🍹 Services

Trimi is classified as a slightly organized beach. Nearby, there are beach bars, restaurants, and tavernas of Ouranoupoli within very close distance. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available in certain sections.

## 💡 Local Tip

Trimi pairs perfectly with a visit to Ouranoupoli — from the Tower of Prosforion (12th century, Byzantine landmark) to cruises to Mount Athos. Many visitors take a morning swim at Trimi and an afternoon cruise to see the monasteries of Athos from the sea (women are not allowed on Mount Athos itself, but cruises approach within 500m). Best period: May-October.
