Poseidi is one of the most famous natural landscapes of Kassandra, on the western side of the leg. Its landmark is the long, narrow sandy spit ("Myti") that reaches into the sea, with its characteristic lighthouse at the tip.

The sandy peninsula of Poseidi offers a unique experience: you swim on both sides of the spit, with shallow, deep-blue water and views of the open sea — ideal for spectacular sunsets too.
An ancient sanctuary of Poseidon has been uncovered in the area, from which the cape takes its name.
The shores around the lighthouse (Poseidi, Myti) are among the most beautiful in Kassandra, with white sand and dunes.
It's about 1.5 hours by car from Thessaloniki. Next to it is Kalandra, while Fourka and Kassandrino are close by.
Ideal for couples, families and nature lovers wanting striking beaches and sunsets. Main season is May–September.
