Sozopoli is small and unassuming, ideal for those wanting to relax close to the city, away from the tourist intensity. It sits next to villages such as Zografou (~0.5 km), Nea Gonia and Flogita, sharing the same calm seaside zone.
The nearby beaches toward Flogita and Nea Moudania have shallow water, suitable for families with children, with several organised options a short distance away.
