The Beach Bar is on the southern shore of Sarti, about a kilometre from Platania beach. It serves coffee, drinks and cocktails at budget prices and is open from morning to evening.

The Sarti coast is exposed to the east, so on days when the meltemi blows there can be waves, while on calm days the water is crystal clear. If it's windy, beaches on Sithonia's west coast, such as Lagomandra, are usually calmer. On still days, though, a drink here looking out at Mount Athos is one of the simplest pleasures of a summer holiday.
