Agapaki Studios

Agapaki Studios building, is located in Neos Marmaras Sithonias of Halkidiki. Ιt is a newly built building with renovated modern rooms from 2022. It has 5 floors with a terrace and it is one of the few buildings in Neos Marmaras that has an elevator. The studios are only 20-30 meters from the nearest beach. Τhis small cove is an unorganized beach without a beach bar, but you can enjoy a refreshing swim near the studio.

Our accommodations Agapaki studios have 13 double rooms, some with the possibility of a triple for a child up to 12 years old, a two-room apartment and a disabled room. Also comfortable reception area and garden.

Τhe rooms No31 & No41 are comfortable rooms with a balcony and Side Sea View & Garden View, with a Double bed with 100% cotton sheets (160×200 cm) and a sofa bed for a child up to 12 years old. With capacity of 2 adults and one child.

Agapaki Studios has a reception where upon your arrival you will receive a bag with:

Remote control for the Smart TV and for the aircondition.

Key from the entrance.

Wi-Fi password.

**The rooms are cleaned every 3 days with replacement of new towels and sheets.
