Stepan House is located in a quiet area near the square and the center, making it an excellent choice for families with children, as well as for visitors who want to spend their holidays in a peaceful environment.

The nearest beach is Sykia Beach, 4.5 km from the property, so we would recommend it only to those with their own vehicle. The store is 100 m from the accommodation, while the village center, with taverns, fast food, a post office, and a pharmacy, is about 150 m away.

The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate kitchen, as well as a balcony with a table and chairs for sitting. Each room has two single beds that can be joined if needed. Additionally, each bedroom has air conditioning and a television. The accommodation also provides internet and screens. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, microwave, and a large refrigerator with a freezer and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.

Towels and bed linens are replaced by guests midway through their stay, while they are provided clean by the owner. Guests are also responsible for cleaning during their stay at the accommodation.

There is no private parking, but you can park near the accommodation.

Upon entering the village of Sykia, after passing the supermarket on the left, turn onto the first road on the right. Continue straight for about 1 km and then turn left. After that, after 750 m, turn right, then again right, and you will see the accommodation on your right.

If privacy and a quiet location are your priorities and you have a car to visit the beautiful nearby beaches, then Stepan House is an excellent choice for you.
