On the big booking platforms, a single one-week booking costs €60–140 in commissions. On ChalkidikiHub you pay one flat price per year — if we send you a single booking, you are already ahead. Every other booking is entirely yours.

No — never. Every listing that exists before January 1, 2027 stays completely free forever, with all the services it has today. Pricing applies exclusively to new listings created from January 1, 2027 onwards.
The free status applies per property: as long as the listing exists, it will never be charged. If you add a new property after 1/1/2027, the new one follows the current pricing.
Per property. Each listing has its own subscription, regardless of how many properties you manage from the same account.
No, never. We do not sit in the middle of your bookings and we keep no percentage. Guests contact you directly, and whatever you agree is entirely yours.
Yes. €79 and €149 are final prices including 24% VAT. A proper invoice is issued for every payment.
By card, via secure Stripe checkout. Payment is made once per year — there is no auto-renewal and we never store your card details.
All subscriptions run until March 31 of each year, so renewal always happens before the season starts. You will receive email reminders well before expiry.
You will be notified several times before expiry. If the subscription is not renewed, the listing gradually stops being displayed — but its content is preserved, and you can bring it back instantly with a new payment.
