Meliton

Meliton is the fine-dining restaurant of Porto Carras, the large resort south of Neos Marmaras. The cooking is Mediterranean, in a refined, creative version, with sea views, and prices are those of a high-end restaurant. Reservations are accepted and essential in July and August.

Porto Carras is also known for its vineyards on the slopes of Meliton, the Sithonian mountain that gives the restaurant its name. It suits a special evening, anniversary or celebration rather than an everyday meal.
