Agapaki Studios is a modern building featuring 13 renovated studios, ideal for 2 guests. It is located in Neos Marmaras, in the area of Sithonia, just 20-30 meters from a quiet, unorganized beach. Its location offers easy access to the local market and the area's restaurants.
One of the strong points of Agapaki Studios is the presence of an elevator, something rare for the area, which facilitates access to all floors. Additionally, guests can enjoy sea views from their balconies or relax in the building's garden.
Agapaki Studios primarily caters to couples and groups looking for a quiet getaway near the sea, without the numerous facilities of organized beaches. With amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, and a kitchen, it offers a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. Prices start from 71 euros per night.

Agapaki Studios is located in Neos Marmaras, Sithonia, Halkidiki. This newly built building features modern rooms renovated in 2022, spanning 5 floors and equipped with an elevator—one of the few in Neos Marmaras. The studios are just 20-30 meters from the nearest beach, a small cove that is unorganized and lacks a beach bar, perfect for a refreshing swim.
Our accommodations include 13 double rooms, some with the option for a triple for a child up to 12 years old, a two-room apartment, and a disabled-access room. Enjoy a comfortable reception area and garden.
Rooms No31 & No41 offer a balcony with Side Sea View & Garden View, featuring a double bed with 100% cotton sheets (160×200 cm) and a sofa bed for a child up to 12 years old, accommodating 2 adults and one child.
Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome bag containing:
