Agapaki Studios is located in Neos Marmaras, Sithonia, Halkidiki. This newly built building features modern rooms renovated in 2022, spanning 5 floors and equipped with an elevator—one of the few in Neos Marmaras. The studios are just 20-30 meters from the nearest beach, a small cove that is unorganized and lacks a beach bar, perfect for a refreshing swim.
Our accommodations include 13 double rooms, some with the option for a triple for a child up to 12 years old, a two-room apartment, and a disabled-access room. Enjoy a comfortable reception area and garden.
Rooms No31 & No41 offer a balcony with Side Sea View & Garden View, featuring a double bed with 100% cotton sheets (160×200 cm) and a sofa bed for a child up to 12 years old, accommodating 2 adults and one child.
