The Kalives Polygyrou is a small coastal settlement in central Halkidiki, functioning as a holiday extension of Polygyros. With around 300 permanent residents that increase in the summer due to vacation homes, it retains a "family" destination character — primarily Thessaloniki residents who have summer houses in the area.
Location and How to Get There
Located in central coastal Halkidiki, 15 km south of Polygyros. It is 85 kilometers (1 hour 15 minutes drive) from Thessaloniki.

The Beach
A sandy beach of moderate length with a shallow seabed. Pine trees at the back in some areas. Partially organized — has a fairly "local" character, with less mass tourism than the main tourist areas.

- Nikiti: 18 km south (Sithonia)
Food and Accommodation
A few traditional taverns and fish taverns. Accommodation mainly in rented apartments and small studios. Prices are affordable:
