Faka

Faka beach is located on the island of Ammouliani, in a secluded spot about 3.1 km from the center of Ammouliani. It is one of the wildest and most untouched beaches in Halkidiki — without facilities, no beach bar, just natural surroundings.

🚗 Access

Faka is not easily accessible. From Thessaloniki → Tripiti: ~2 hours by car (88 km). Ferry from Tripiti to Ammouliani: ~15 minutes (every hour). From the port of Ammouliani, the road is not suitable for cars — a hike of at least 1 km to the beach is required. Alternatively, boat rental from Ammouliani port: ~€40/day + fuel.

🏖️ On the Shore

Completely undeveloped, with an exotic appearance. There are no facilities — no canteen, no sunbeds, no showers. Clear waters and sandy beach, in a natural environment with no signs of human intervention. The island landscape and isolation make Faka a unique experience for those seeking a "wild" beach.

🚨 Important: What to Bring

Since the beach is completely isolated, you must bring WITH you: water (enough for your entire stay), food and snacks, towels and an umbrella, sunscreen, trash bags (take them back with you), and shoes suitable for walking.

Faka is for you if you are looking for a "Robinson Crusoe" experience and are willing to hike or take a boat. Its beauty is unmatched, but it requires preparation. The best way to visit: by renting a boat, allowing you to explore other inaccessible beaches of Ammouliani on the same day.
