Elia Nikitis is west Sithonia at its most relaxed: a seaside stretch between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, with pines, beaches and the Toroneos sunset — no "centre", no night scene.

Its strong suit is density: five worthwhile beaches within a 3 km radius.
- Anthemus (0.4 km) and Mikri Elia (0.6 km): Its "own" beaches — quiet, walkable.
- Lagomandra (1.7 km): Two kilometres of sand with a gently shelving bottom — the zone's big family choice.
- Spathies (3.2 km): White sand and crystal water with minimal facilities — among the west coast's most untouched.
- Castello (3.2 km): Sandy and free, with a laid-back crowd.

- Sunset: The whole zone faces west — Lagomandra and Spathies give some of Sithonia's best sunsets.
- Parthenonas (7 km): The stone village on the slope of Mount Itamos — an evening outing with views over the whole Toroneos Gulf and courtyard tavernas.
- Neos Marmaras (6.3 km): West Sithonia's "capital" for an evening harbour stroll.
- Diaporos boat trip: Vourvourou is 7 km across the peninsula — doable even as a half day.
Food and stay
