Farm Studio is located in Sikia Sithonias in Halkidiki, just 2.0 km from Sykia beach.

It's the ideal place for families with children. The private house features a spacious fenced yard of 5000 sq.m with a green garden for kids to enjoy.

In the adjacent yard, you'll find chickens, ducks, peacocks, geese, and turkeys.

Farm Studio (family apartment/Group Holiday) provides one room with a double bed, two single beds, a wardrobe, and a window with a mountain view. It includes a Smart TV, air conditioning, a bathroom, and a kitchen.

For children, there’s a trampoline, slide, and various games. The private veranda offers a green view of the mountains and the garden.

The building also has an apartment for 6 guests.

– Outside, in the fenced yard of 5000 sq.m, there is a barbecue grill, swings for children, and a large dining area. A private entrance is available, and there’s also a back entrance for parking cars inside the yard.
