Afytos is the most picturesque village of Kassandra — stone houses, cobblestone streets, and views of the Toroneos Gulf. Every summer, in July and August, its historic center transforms into a setting for cultural events.
The program includes concerts, theatrical performances, art exhibitions, and traditional dance events, many of which take place in outdoor spaces among the stone buildings. The setting makes the difference: events are held within a settlement designated as a preserved traditional ensemble.
Exact dates are announced each year by the organisers — confirm them before you travel.
