Mikres Aretes is a nudist beach located in southwestern Sithonia, near the well-known beach Aretes of the same name. It is a smaller and more secluded version, featuring characteristic white rocky cliffs and turquoise waters.
The shore is a short stretch of white sand, with rocky edges. Almost entirely unorganized — zero facilities.
The combination of natural beauty (white rocks, turquoise waters) with the nudist culture creates a unique atmosphere — secluded, tranquil, with beautiful scenery.
It’s an excellent choice for snorkeling — the rocky edges are rich in marine life. Visibility is usually over 8 meters.
Clientele: individuals and couples practicing the nudist tradition. Please respect the beach rules.
Access: via dirt roads from a nearby point. A compact car can manage slowly. Parking is irregular.
Bring along: plenty of water, snacks, a towel, sunscreen SPF 50, a hat, water shoes for rocky areas, and snorkeling gear. Shade: almost non-existent.
Respect the environment — the area is sensitive. Take all your trash with you. Best time to visit: June-September.
