Limani is the beach beside Ammouliani's harbour — the first swim you see stepping off the ferry.

The shore is sandy, of moderate length, with shallow calm water inside the sheltered bay. Village life spreads around it: fish tavernas, cafés and the caiques coming and going.

It is not the island's wildest beauty — but it is its most convenient: a swim on foot from your room, food beside your towel, zero transfers.

Ideal for families with small children and for the last dip before the ferry back. For the island's postcard, Alykes is ~2 km away.

In the evening the beach changes role: it becomes the front row for the sunset over the bay, caiques returning and tavernas setting tables. Try the Ammouliani mussels — farmed in the very waters you just swam in.
