"White Beach" is one of the beaches in Sithonia, named for its white sandy shore. It is one of the smaller yet most photogenic beaches in the area, featuring turquoise waters and fine white sand that resembles exotic beaches.
The coastline is small (200-300 meters), sandy and white, with a shallow bottom. It is almost unorganized — there are a few sunbeds in certain spots and a canteen on peak days. There is no beach bar.
Due to its photogenic nature, many visitors come primarily for photographs. The clientele includes photographers, young couples, and groups exploring the lesser-known beaches of Sithonia.
The waters are exceptionally clear. For snorkeling at the rocky edges: decent opportunities with moderate marine life.
For swimming: ideal with safe shallow waters. For children: acceptable but requires preparation due to limited infrastructure.
Access: via a provincial/dirt road from a nearby point. A compact car can manage it slowly. Parking is irregular.
Bring plenty of water, snacks, towels, sunscreen, and a hat. Shade: minimal — you might find some at the rocky edges or under a few small trees. Best times: morning 9:00-11:30 or afternoon 17:00-19:30.
For a complete experience, combine with a visit to a nearby village. Best period: June-September.
