From SKG Airport (Macedonia)
The airport is 15 km southeast of Thessaloniki — closer to Halkidiki than the city. Direct access to the National Road 16 (Thessaloniki-Nea Moudania) via the Nea Michaniona Exit.
From the center of Thessaloniki
Entry to the Ring Road → exit towards Thermi / Peraia / Nea Michaniona → National Road 16.
Branching point: Potidea
At 50 km from Thessaloniki, at Nea Moudania, the national road splits:
- Right → Kassandra (via the historic Potidea canal)
- Straight/Left → Sithonia and Athos
From there:
- For Sithonia: continue on the Provincial Road towards Nikiti, Neos Marmaras
- For Athos: in Nikiti turn left towards Stratoni, Ierissos, Uranopolis
