Right next to Olympiada lie Ancient Stagira, the birthplace of Aristotle. Olympiada is about 1.5 hours by car from Thessaloniki, along a beautiful mountain road network. Nearby, the cave of Agios Pavlos, the villages of upper Halkidiki and Ierissos are all worth a trip.
